Hai Guys I have an NCR POS System, with Windows 7 (64 Bit). I have very difficultly setup and installed NCR 7197 Receipt printer. Thru Edge port and its is connected thru port 5. In RSM software at POS printer diagnostics the test print is working, But I want the NCR 7197 printer to make it default printer for windows. Wherein I can be able to use it with other applications on windows. In control panel the device is showing but not as printer.

When I try to 'Add Printer' I'm unable to get the NCR printer details even though I search with Windows update list of printers. Please help me with this.
